Can't recommend highly enough for a brief visit

Colorful room, friendly staff, I was impressed by the vibrant design of my Design Room Comfort and the super convenient location, which made exploring the city a breeze with easy access to public transport.

Hard to think of anything.

The Design Room I stayed in was quiet and had a unique layout that kept my interest. The atmosphere was calm, a stark contrast to the rowdy crowds outside the station.

The room lacked basic comfort items like cups or tea bags, and there were cleanliness issues in both the room and bathroom. A lack of wardrobe or drawers, combined with noticeable maintenance spots on the walls, made me feel the facilities could use a refresh. While the check-in took over an hour due to understaffing, it was frustrating after a long drive.

Great location right next to the train station. The unique design of the room impressed me, with vibrant colors and a calming atmosphere, despite some maintenance spots on the walls. The soundproofing worked wonders, allowing for a restful sleep. Staff were helpful, but the check-in process took an excruciating long time. I had to wait over an hour due to understaffing. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety if you arrived late. the experience had highs and lows, but the decor and location stood out.

Wow! The muesli at breakfast was absolutely delish, making me feel like a culinary king. I also found the cozy lounge area perfect for winding down. The super comfy beds ensured a solid night's sleep in my Design Room. Don’t forget the bars and casual eateries nearby. Coffee Fellows has killer brews and McDonald's is right there for a quick bite!

Check-in? Being on the first floor had its quirks too—minimal privacy unless the curtains were drawn, which meant sacrificing daylight.

The curtains let in too much daylight, making early mornings a nuisance!!! Cleanliness standards could use a closer look, as the room's wall had noticeable spots and dents, indicating a need for maintenance!!! A few more comfort items like cups would elevate the stay!!!

All fine, but check-in issues.

I really enjoyed my stay at Prize By Radisson, Erfurt City. The location was superb, right next to the railway station and easily walkable to the city center. I particularly appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome.

Some cleanliness issues.

I loved the super comfy bed, but the bathroom smelt a bit and the room was quite basic, not heaps of features. Chur for the great WiFi though!

i really liked this hotel! it’s super close to the train station and you can walk to the city center easily. the rooms are cool with funky designs and mine was nice and quiet which was great for sleeping. the staff were nice and friendly, always ready to help. breakfast was a good spread for a continental buffet, really enjoyed it!

I was pleasantly surprised by my spacious room, which had vibrant colors and a nice bathroom. I also loved the chill vibe of the lounge area and the cozy seating on the terrace. The only downside was the carpet that could use a little freshening up, but it didn't spoil my stay at all! 😊
